Danville VA This is your opportunity to inspect items in person.                                                                                                                                             AUCTION STARTS CLOSING ON TUESDAY, NOV. 17 at 7pm with standard soft close and extended bidding at 1 minute increments until all bidding ends.                 PICK-UP DAYS: Friday NOV. 20 from 10am - 6pm  AND Saturday NOV. 21 from 9am - 12 noon at the auction house located at 2179 S. Boston Rd. Danville VA.  CALL US AT 434 251-2202 WITH ANY QUESTIONS. A 16.5% Buyers premium will be charged on each item you buy. We offer a 3.5% discount for CASH payment reducing your premium to 13%.  THE TOTAL PRICE ON YOUR WINNING INVOICE SHOWS THE DISCOUNTED CASH PRICE. Anyone wishing to pay by check must call and make arrangements prior to payment & pick-up. We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express.  WE CHARGE A $100.00 BAD CHECK FEE IF A CHECK IS RETURNED TO US FOR ANY REASON. Please bring your own bags, boxes, shipping blankets, packaging materials, ratchet straps, etc. on pick-up day as we do not supply these items. Also, please bring any help you may need to load items as we do not always have someone on site to help you load. We do not refund or make exchanges, it is your responsibility to know what you are bidding on. If your bid is the winning bid you have entered into a Contract and agreed to the payment terms and all conditions of this Auction INCLUDING PICK UP DAYS.                    ALL BIDS ARE FINAL-WE CANNOT RETRACT OR REMOVE BIDS                                                  If you do not pick up and pay for your items you will be blocked from bidding in future auctions. All items not picked up on the designated pick-up days without prior arrangements being made will be forfeited along with any money you have paid. Unless you have an established purchase history with River City Auction Company all payments by check must be approved prior to removal of merchandise. You must contact us prior to pick-up day to make these arrangements. A $100.00 fee will be charged on all returned checks. If you are the winning bidder on any of the following items: jewelry, coins, paper money, silver or gold items of any kind including sterling, and your total purchase is over $50.00 we cannot accept credit card payment unless you have an established payment history with River City Auction Company. The following items can only be paid for by cash or certified funds: Jewelry, coins, paper money, silver or gold items of any kind including sterling. If we experience a technical failure, software failure or our Platform goes down for any reason we will not end the auction but will extend it once the problem is fixed and the auction is back on-line. If you are a bidder and a failure occurs you may contact us and we will keep you informed as to when you can expect the auction to be back on-line. All owners and employees rather full time, part time or temporary have the right to bid on any items in our auctions with the exception of their own consigned items once the Reserve, if any, has been met.
